Recipe Tuna Tataki with Ponzu Sauce and chilli “Malagueta”

- Slice of tuna 400gr
- Sprouts of Chicory 2 units
- Micro-Greens 100gr
- Ginger fried with mixed vegetables 50gr
- Soy Sauce 100ml
- Mirim 50ml
- Lime juice 25ml
- Chili “malagueta” 1 soup spoon laminated
- Stalks of coriander
- Ginger 1 Soup Spoon
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Sauce: Mix all ingredients. Mince it and mixed. To create a fantastic Japanese sauce.
Mark the tuna on the hot plate. Then cut into slices. Each slice of tuna should go through the sauce, served at the plate.
Sprinkle with a little of sauce.
Place the Micro-Greens and the fried ginger over the tuna slices.
