The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (aceto balsâmico), is aromatic sweet and sour strong flavor vinegar, known in Italy for over 1000 years. It is made from grapes Trebbiano and Lambrusco type, produced in northern Italy. Ideal for salads, grilled meats, cheeses such as Parmesan and even strawberries. Excellent as a topping for ice cream.
