Bolo Rainha (Queen Cake) - similar to Bolo Rei, but with only nuts, raisins and almonds. The cake itself is rounding with a large hole in the center, resembling a crown covered with dry fruits (almonds, nuts and pine nuts) instead oflead crystallized and dried fruit like the king cake.
