The wine Magos are on the Portuguese market for more than forty-three years. During these years has been the leading brand in the market with individual dose bottle of sparkling wine.
Method Charmat
Also called “Charmat-Martinotti”, this process is very similar to the method “Champenoise”, used to create carbon dioxide in sparkling wines and champagnes.
The wine undergoes a second fermentation in stainless steel tanks (rather than the bottle itself) and is bottled under pressure. There is thus obtained a wine that has a gradual release of gas “bubbles” typical characteristics of sparkling wines and Frizzante wines.
The wines Magos are distinguished by its method of production, which provides them with an aroma and taste light and fruity, ideal to accompany seafood dishes and cheeses.
The fact that Magos bottles are size of 200ml, make it an excellent alternative to beer, to be consume at any time in any place. The wines Magos convey an image of joy, sharing, joviality and fun.
